Abre Camino Spiritual Bath

Before doing a spiritual bath, take a shower first. The physical body must first be cleaned.

You can do this bath two ways. 

1. Boil water, cut off heat and add whole bath mixture to hot water. Stir and pray your intentions clockwise. You can strain the herbs out if you prefer to. Allow bath to cool before pouring it from the neck down. Can pour this mixture on yourself in the shower or outside. Air dry and dress in white or whatever color you feel the happiest in. Collect herbs left over from bath, thank it for it's blessing and sprinkle outside.

2. Shower body first. Fill bathtub up to your preferred temperature. Pour bath into the water. Soak in the bath mixture for 30 minutes. You can take this time to meditate. I recommend playing hz healing music during bath. Step out, air dry and dress in white or whatever color you feel the happiest in. Collect herbs left over from bath, thank it for it's blessing and sprinkle outside.
